The Mandarin Oriental Tower in Chicago, USA, is a canceled 74-story 930 feet (280 m) mixed use building which would have been the ninth tallest building in Chicago if completed, assuming Waterview Tower had also been completed as originally planned. Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, which did not have an equity stake in the project, lent its name to the development. After completion, the group was to have managed the hotel located within the building.
