Bud Shuster
Elmer Greinert "Bud" Shuster (/ˈʃuːstər/; born January 23, 1932) is an American politician who represented Pennsylvania in the United States House of Representatives as a Republican from 1973 to 2001. He is best known for his advocacy of transportation projects, including Interstate 99.
