Gabriela DeBues-Stafford

Gabriela Maria DeBues-Stafford (née Stafford, born 13 September 1995) is a Canadian middle-distance runner. She competed in the 1500 metres at the 2016 World Indoor Championships. In addition, she won the silver medal at the 2015 Summer Universiade. Her father, , was also a runner and competed for Canada at four World Cross Country Championships. In July 2016 she was officially named to Canada's Olympic team. In 2021, by breaking the 1:59 barrier at the Portland Track Festival, Gabriela became one of only three women in the world have gone sub 1:59 /3:57 / 14:45.
