Part III is the third studio album by American R&B group 112 released on March 20, 2001 by Bad Boy Records. Unlike the previous releases, the album is described as having edgier, techno-flavored jams, resulting in a more modern and forward-sounding effort. The album was the group's last album with the label. The album produced three singles including "It's Over Now", "Dance With Me" and the smash hit, "Peaches & Cream" the latter of which was nominated for a Grammy award.
