1013 Tombecka is a main-belt asteroid about 35 kilometers in diameter. It was discovered by Russian–French astronomer Benjamin Jekhowsky at Algiers Observatory, Algeria, on January 17, 1924, and assigned a provisional designation of 1924 PQ. It was named in honor of secretary of the Faculty of Sciences of Paris, D. Tombeck.
