1307 Cimmeria, provisional designation 1930 UF, is a stony main-belt asteroid, discovered by Russian astronomer Grigory Neujmin at the Crimean Simeiz Observatory on October 17, 1930. The asteroid is named after the Cimmerians, ancient inhabitants of the Crimea peninsula expelled by the Scythians in the 7th century B.C.
