The 1935 Railway Cup Hurling Championship was the ninth Inter-Provincial Championship, an annual hurling competition contested by three of the four provinces of Ireland. The tournament was held between 24 February and 17 March 1935. The championship was contested by Connacht, Leinster and Munster. Munster won the championship for the second year in-a-row and for the sixth time overall.
