The 1970 NCAA Men's Division I Ice Hockey Tournament was the culmination of the 1969–70 season in men's ice hockey for teams in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The Cornell Big Red defeated the Clarkson Golden Knights in the championship game, held in Lake Placid, New York on March 21. Cornell finished the season with a perfect record of 29-0-0, the first and thus far only team in NCAA Division I men's hockey to finish a championship season with a perfect record.
