The 1984 NCAA Division I Tennis Championships were the 38th annual NCAA Division I Men's Tennis Championship and the 3rd annual NCAA Division I Women's Tennis Championship to determine the national champions of NCAA Division I men's and women's collegiate tennis. Each championship featured a singles, doubles, and team championship. The men's tournaments were played in Athens, Georgia, hosted by the University of Georgia, while the women's tournaments were held in Los Angeles, California. The men's and women's tournaments would not be held at the same site until 2006.
