A. Shanboganahalli is a village in the southern state of Karnataka, India. It is located in the Nagamangala taluk of Mandya district in Karnataka. Approximately 150 families live in Shanboganahalli, where the main source of income is through agriculture. Both incense sticks and coconuts are also exported from this village to the city of Mysore. Institutions within the village include the milk dairy, the co-operative bank, the incense factory and the women's self-help group (SAG), which is central to the community. The village has several village leaders, with the most senior being Diwakar.
