The Abasyn University (جامه ابيسن; best known as Abasyn) is a private research university located in the residential neighborhood of Peshawar, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The university also has a teaching campus in Islamabad; however, its main campus is in Peshawar. Founded with the efforts led by the provincial government of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa in 2007, the university is a private-sector institution of higher learning. The university offers undergraduate and post-graduate studies; it's noted for its engaging research in the development of augmented reality and artificial intelligence.
