Abu Dhabi TV

Abu Dhabi TV (Arabic: قناة أبوظبي‎‎) is an Arabic television station that originally launched in 1969 but was re-launched in 2000 and again in 2008. It broadcasts from Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates and is owned by Abu Dhabi Media. Although it is a generic channel and not a 24-hour news network, Abu Dhabi TV is famous for its footage of the 2003 Iraq War. The network is known throughout the Arab World for the popular show of Million's Poet. Abu Dhabi TV analogue was shut down on 13 February 2012. in 3 december 2013 - starting broadcasts High-definition television "HD" (1080i)
