Alpena High School is a public high school for students in grades 9-12 located in the city of Alpena, Michigan. For the 2005-06 school year Alpena High School reported an enrollment of 1,600 students. The current school building opened in 1967. There was an addition in 1998-99 where a new wing ("G House") was added, among other renovations. Alpena High is the only high school serving the Alpena Public Schools district.
