Anna Maria Marchocka

Anna Maria Marchocka (June 25, 1603 – April 19, 1652), also known as Marianna Marchocka or Sister Teresa of Jesus, was a Catholic nun and writer during the Counter-Reformation. Marchocka’s spiritual autobiography is believed to be the first of its kind composed by a woman in Poland.
