The Battle of Manila, sometimes called the Mock Battle of Manila, was a short land engagement at the end of the Spanish–American War between Spanish forces inside the city of Manila, the Philippines, and the surrounding the U.S. Army, and its then-allied Philippine Revolutionary Army. The battle occurred four months after the decisive U.S. Navy victory at the Battle of Manila Bay.
