Bodzanów, Opole Voivodeship

Bodzanów [bɔˈd͡zanuf] (German Langendorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Głuchołazy, within Nysa County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border. It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north of Głuchołazy, 16 km (10 mi) south of Nysa, and 54 km (34 mi) south-west of the regional capital Opole. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II). The village has an approximate population of 1,500.
