"Canzone per te" ("A song for you") was the Swiss entrant to the Eurovision Song Contest 1991, sung in Italian by Sandra Studer (who performed with the stage name Sandra Simó). The song was composed by Renato Mascetti. On the night of the contest, held in Rome, Italy, the song was performed 5th of 22 entries, following Greece's Sophia Vossou with "I Anixi" and preceding Austria's Thomas Forstner with "Venedig im Regen". At the close of the voting it had received 118 points, placing 5th. The song was succeeded as Swiss representative at the 1992 contest by Daisy Auvray with "Mister Music Man".
