Carluccio's is an Italian restaurant chain founded in London in 1999. In 1991, Antonio Carluccio and his then wife opened an Italian food shop, named Carluccio's. They expanded this in 1994 to a wholesale business. Today, Carluccio's operates from over 95 UK locations. It has granted franchises over three territories: the first over Ireland with presently two locations in Dublin; the second over 6 countries in the Middle East including three locations presently open in Dubai; . and the third in Alexandria in Virginia, United States.
