Cheleken Peninsula

The Cheleken Peninsula (Russian: Челекен полуостров) is a peninsula located in western Turkmenistan, in the eastern shores of the Caspian Sea. The city of Hazar, former Cheleken, is located in the peninsula, which belongs administratively to Turkmenistan's Balkan Province.
