Communist insurgency in Myanmar
The Communist Insurgency in Myanmar (also known as Burma), was an insurgency led by the Communist Party of Burma (CPB) and the Red Flag Communist Party. The conflict lasted until 1989, when the armed wing of the CPB disbanded following the Fall of Communism and the ousting of the Burmese socialist dictatorship.
