The Costa Brava (Catalan: [ˈkɔstə ˈβɾaβə], Spanish: [ˈkosta ˈβɾaβa]; "Wild" or "Rough Coast") is a coastal region of northeastern Spain, consisting of the counties of Alt Empordà, Baix Empordà and Selva, in the Catalan region province of Girona.
