Cyclofosfamide/dexamethasone
Cyclofosfamide/dexamethasone (trade name CyDex) is a combination drug consisting of cyclophosphamide (a nitrogen mustard alkylating agent) and dexamethasone (an anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressant). It appears to be an alternative to the more traditional treatment with melphalan in people who are ill suited for autologous stem cell transplant.
