Darko Gasic (born 20 July 1985), was appointed Vision F.C.'s director of football at Radnik Surdulica in December 2010 and Ghana football's first ever foreign Director of Football. In April 2016, Serbian media noted that he is the fourth youngest sporting director throughout the highest leagues in Europe. On his promotion, he put in place strategies for the next 10 years to develop the club to international standard. At that moment, youth system has never exist before and club has been playing 5th level.
