DiscDrive was an afternoon show on CBC Radio 2 hosted by Jurgen Gothe. It played a mix of classical, traditional bluegrass, jazz, and commentary. It aired from 1985 to 2008, in the weekday afternoon drive time block from 3 to 6 p.m. Shortly thereafter, Gothe returned as host of the new weekend classical music program Farrago, which aired for less than one year. Gothe died on April 9, 2015, at his home in Vancouver, aged 70.
