Zanuck and Ernst Lubitsch (uncredited) from a screenplay by Mankiewicz, based on the novel Dragonwyck by Anya Seton. The music score was by Alfred Newman and the cinematography by Arthur C. Miller. The film stars Gene Tierney, Walter Huston and Vincent Price.
