Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd is aglobal aerospace corporation, founded in 2006. DAE originally had sixdivisions, but as of 2010 the company has narrowed its focus to two divisions:DAE Engineering, providing global MRO services under the brand nameStandardAero, and DAE Capital, which focuses on aircraft leasing. In May 2015,DAE sold StandardAero to Veritas Capital. In September 2016, DAE announced the agreement to buy an 80% stake in Jordan Aircraft Maintenance Limited (Joramco).
