Euro-Ukrainian alphabet

Euro-Ukrainian is a proposed Ukrainian Latin alphabet. The Latynka alphabet is not officially used. Only in other countries do diaspora Ukrainians use the Latin script. Some young Ukrainians who do not read nor write using the Cyrillic script, due to never having learned it, use a version of the Latynka to write, but only for informal purposes. In most cases the official Ukrainian Cyrillic alphabet is used in Ukraine and abroad, though there has been an increase in the use of some versions of Latynka on the internet. According to the Omniglot, the author of this script is Max Lagoda.
