Faculty of Medicine, University of Jaffna
The Faculty of Medicine is one of the nine academic faculties of the University of Jaffna in northern Sri Lanka. The faculty was established in August 1978 as the Faculty of Medicine of the Jaffna Campus of the University of Sri Lanka. The faculty has twelve departments and its current dean is S. Raviraj. As at 31 December 2011 the faculty had 531 undergraduate students and 38 academic staff.
