Its website claims that the paper is wholly owned by Fijian nationals and that it employs a total of 92 staff, as well as some 40 subcontractors. The Racket Report, a parody website that describes itself as "not intended to communicate any true or factual information" has invented 500 mysterious deaths from playing the Charlie Charlie Challenge.
