"Getting into Something" is a song by English singer Alison Moyet, released in 1994 as the third single from her fourth studio album Essex. It was written by Moyet and Pete Glenister, and produced by Ian Broudie. The single failed to enter the UK Top 40, peaking at #51, and staying on the chart for two weeks. This was considered a disappointment after the previous single, "Whispering Your Name", had reached the UK Top 20. A promotional video was filmed for the single.
