The Gokaigers (ゴーカイジャー Gōkaijā) are the fictional protagonists featured in the 35th Super Sentai Series Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger. The Gokaigers battle against the antagonist group, the Space Empire Zangyack. The Gokaiger characters make their debut in the film Tensou Sentai Goseiger vs. Shinkenger: Epic on Ginmaku where they briefly appear to fight against some of the Gedoushu and defeat Shitari of the Bones, with DaiGoyou as a witness whom they have promise not to tell his group. This appearance was later explained during the series proper in episode 40.
