Great Chishill

Great Chishill is a village forming part of the civil parish of Great and Little Chishill in the south of the county of Cambridgeshire. The population of the civil parish at the 2011 Census was 678. The church is in the Perpendicular style and is dedicated to Swithun. The West tower was entirely rebuilt in 1895, and a ringing floor added in 2000. The organ case is "pretty mid 18th century woodwork." The highest point of Cambridgeshire, at 146 metres (479 ft) above sea level, is about 800 metres (2,625 ft) east of the church.
