Grisslehamn

Grisslehamn is a locality situated in Norrtälje Municipality, Stockholm County, Sweden with 249 inhabitants in 2010. It is located on the coast by the Sea of Åland; the Eckerö Linjen ferries between Åland and Sweden operate between Grisslehamn and Berghamn on Eckerö, Åland. The artist Albert Engström had a studio in Grisslehamn, where he painted oils and water colours of the Roslagen landscape. He lived in the town for a number of years, and his home is now a museum of his life and work.
