HitRadio 1224 was a commercial radiostation with the difference names until the years: HitRadio Veronica was a Dutch commercial radio station that was created when the public broadcaster Veronica Omroep Organisatie has left the public system in August 1995, when they created the Holland Media Groep with CLT (RTL).Before that Veronica bought the station Holland FM and rebranded it into Hitradio Holland FM and later Hitradio 1224.Most of known Veronica DJ's switched to Hitradio 1224.
