Israfil Yilmaz

Israfil Yilmaz (Turkish: Israfil Yılmaz; born September 29, 1987 as Salih Yahya Gazali Yilmaz), also known as the Dutch jihadist, is a Dutch ISIS trainer, militant and blogger of Turkish origin. Yilmaz served in both the Turkish Army and the Royal Netherlands Army, and abandoned his Dutch military career to move to Syria to take part in the Civil War in 2013, joining several factions before becoming a member of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant in 2015. He is known for blogging and answering questions in Tumblr. He has defended the attacks in Paris, punishment of homosexual people, and sexual slavery. According to the Turkish press, Yilmaz is the most famous ethnic Turk fighter in ISIS ranks.
