K58CM was a low-power television station licensed to Duluth, Minnesota. It was most recently a translator that broadcast programming from the Trinity Broadcasting Network, via satellite. The station broadcast in analog on UHF channel 58. On March 31, 2006, the station applied for a construction permit to begin converting operations to digital television, with plans to broadcast at 3 kW on channel 41. This permit has since expired, however, an identical permit was granted on November 3, 2011, with the station to have broadcast on channel 41 as K41MV-D.
