Minister for Justice (New South Wales)

The New South Wales Minister for Justice and Police is the elected officer of the government in the Australian state of New South Wales that is commissioned with responsibility for the administration of justice. The position supports the Attorney General and is typically, although not always, held concurrently with that office. Together they administers their portfolio through the New South Wales Department of Justice and have responsibilities for Juvenile Justice, Prisons and Corrective Services. Grant also serves as Minister for Racing and administers the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing.
