Nevskaya Pipeline Company LLC is a Pipeline Transportation Company and terminal Operator located in Ust-Luga Port, Russia. "Nevskaya pipeline company" (NTK or NOPC) was constructed in the port of Ust-Luga oil terminal with a capacity of 30 million tonnes per year. It is the end point of the second turn of the Baltic pipeline system (BPS-2). The Oil terminals in Ust-Luga port (Leningrad region): "Ust-Luga oil" (formerly "Rosneftbunker") and "Nevskaya pipeline company" (NTK) or (NOPC), (ARE the end point of the pipeline BPS-2).
