North Tayside (UK Parliament constituency)
North Tayside was a county constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom from 1983 until 2005. It elected one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first-past-the-post voting system. The constituency was abolished for the 2005 general election, and the area is now represented by Angus and Perth and North Perthshire. The Scottish Parliament constituency of North Tayside, which covered the same area, continues in existence.
