Ramsey Washington Suburban Cable Commission
Ramsey Washington Suburban Cable Commission (RWSCC), Suburban Community Channels (SCC), and Government Television Network (GTN), were organized in 1984 to coordinate and provide community television programming to its 12 member municipalities as well as provide regulatory oversight of the RWSCC cable franchise area. On Location TV19 was organized in 1999 to produce locally originated programming.
