Semtex is the first album by Bristol, UK musician Matt Elliott. It was released in 1996 under the name The Third Eye Foundation. It was released on Matt Elliott's own personal record label, Linda's Strange Vacation with the support of Domino recordings. It was recorded on a 4 track recorder. Along with a mix of guitars, drum machines and noise samples, the album features the voice of Debbie Parsons.
