Swords Pavilions is a shopping centre, located in Swords, in North Dublin. The centre is North Dublin’s premier shopping centre with over 80 shops, restaurants and cafes as well as the 11 screen Movies@Swords cinema. It has over 2,000 parking spaces. The centre is owned by Hammerson, Irish Life and IPUT. Tenants include: Dunnes Stores, SuperValu, Zara, River Island, Next, Ruby's Pizza and Grill, Nandos and Currys. Swords Central is an adjoining centre built in 2007. It is owned by Lexeme Retail Group and includes tenants such as Penneys and An Post. There are plans for a third phase of the centre with more retail and residential space with tenants such as M&S and House of Fraser. This has since been put on hold but may resume soon.
