The Millennium University College is a private University College and a project of Roots Millennium Schools Pakistan. It provides undergraduate, graduate, professional, vocational and skills higher education. It is currently a provider of transnational education; having collaborative, and affiliation arrangements with foreign institutions with professional and higher education portfolios, such as University of London, Higher National Diploma, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and others. All the University of London International Programmes are recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq is the idea sponsor and rector of the institute.
