Tommy Spinks (born 22 April 1994 in Edinburgh , Scotland) is a Scottish rugby union player who plays for Jersey Reds at the Flanker or Lock positions. Spinks states his preferred position is openside flanker. Spinks started playing mini rugby when he was 5 years old. By his fourth year of high school at North Berwick he played for the 1st XV. The rugby coach at Fettes College got Spinks a scholarship there. The back-row forward was to sign for London Scottish straight from Fettes College. During the 2014–15 season he was loaned out to the Ospreys. and played twice in the LV Cup.
