In the United States, Vacasa manages properties in fourteen states: Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Colorado, Utah, Vermont, Texas, Maine, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Hawaii. Eric Breon is Vacasa's founder and CEO and Cliff Johnson is the company's co-founder and Chief Development Officer.
