Volt & State, formerly known as Martin Volt & Quentin State, is a Dutch DJ and production duo from Amsterdam, consisting of Martijn Kouwen (Martin Volt) and Quirijn Smits (Quentin State). On Nicky Romero's record label Protocol Recordings, the duo has released several singles since 2014 including: "Rush", "Black & White" with Merk & Kremont, and "Warriors" with Nicky Romero. The latter was an international success, and reached the 8th place in the top 100 on the downloading platform Beatport.
