West Ham United Football Club is a professional football club based in Stratford, East London, England, that competes in the Premier League, England's top tier of football. They played home games at the Boleyn Ground from 1904 until the end of the 2015–16 season when they moved to the London Stadium at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Three West Ham players were members of the 1966 World Cup final-winning England team: captain Bobby Moore and goalscorers Geoff Hurst and Martin Peters.
