Yooka-Laylee is an upcoming 3D platform-adventure video game developed by Playtonic Games and published by Team17 for Microsoft Windows, OS X, Linux, PlayStation 4, Wii U and Xbox One. It is being developed by Playtonic Games, a group of several former key personnel from Rare during the Nintendo 64 era, as a spiritual successor to their game series Banjo-Kazooie and other works. Among them, Banjo-Kazooie designers Chris Sutherland, Steve Mayles, Steven Hurst, and Grant Kirkhope reprise their respective roles. The game is set to be released for all platforms in Q1 2017.
