The project opened in 2004 and was expanded by an additional 500,000 square feet (46,000 m2) in early 2009. It was developed by Steiner+Associates known for their Easton Town Center development in Columbus, Ohio. Has large retailers and restaurants (listed below) The name for the development was inspired by the Zona Rosa in Mexico City.
