2007 BDO World Darts Championship

The 2007 Lakeside World Professional Darts Championship was the 30th World Championship organised by the British Darts Organisation (BDO), and the 22nd to be held at the Lakeside Country Club, Frimley Green, Surrey. It ran from 6–14 January 2007. Ahead of the tournament, the BDO announced a new stage set and player walk-on area. The markers – the two officials who manually calculated player scores – were replaced by on-stage plasma television screens. Thus, the only official on stage was the referee/caller.
